At Legacy Sports Performance, we specialize in providing personalized sports training for athletes in any sport. We will develop athletes from beginners to college prep to the elite level.

ACTIVATE

(Ages 6-8)

Begin: Introduction to athletic development. Designed to ensure the beginning athlete has a solid foundation for movement, coordination, agility, and speed. 

Training Options

1 x / week 

LEARN TO TRAIN

(Ages 9-11)

Activate: Introduction to foundations of athletic training. Use of situational drills to teach skills, and maximize effort.

 

Objective: improved athleticism and a positive attitude toward training.

Training Options

1, 2, or 3 sessions a week 

HS PREP

(Ages 12-14)

Specialize: Program evolves as the natural changes of an athlete’s body occur. Emphasis on change of direction, acceleration, and power.

 

Objective: develop flexibility, speed, strength, power, agility & stamina

Training Options

1, 2, or 3 sessions a week 

COLLEGE PREP

(Ages 15-18)

Optimize: Emphasis placed on improving metrics that make the difference. Objective: Improve speed, endurance, and mindset. Enhanced nutrition and regeneration guidance tailored to the athlete.

Dedicated training tailored to each individual athletes specific sport and goals designed to help athletes measure progression, and maximize performance. Sports included: Football, Baseball, Softball, Soccer, and Track.
